Cornerstone's practitioners are among the first in the United States to be certified to fit the Helix Hip Joint. The Helix Hip Joint is a special hip joint unlike any other prosthetic hip joint. When it flexes, it rotates to mimic the movement of the human pelvis while walking. It also makes it easier for the wearer to swing their leg while walking to avoid catching their toe and falling. This means that users don’t have to constantly worry about tripping and falling when they walk.
